Breakfast sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 English muffin
- 1 egg
- A handful of fresh spinach
- 1 slice American cheese
- Butter for muffin and skillet
- 2 slices of thin cut ham
Instructions
- Toast English muffin and butter both sides
- Place 1 cheese slice on the bottom half
- Fry one egg to desired doneness
- Place egg on top on cheese
- Fry ham until slightly brown and place on egg
- Pan fry spinach until wilted but still crisp and place on top of ham
- Enclose sandwich with the top muffin piece
