Breakfast sandwich


  • 1 English muffin
  • 1 egg
  • A handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • Butter for muffin and skillet
  • 2 slices of thin cut ham


  • Toast English muffin and butter both sides
  • Place 1 cheese slice on the bottom half
  • Fry one egg to desired doneness
  • Place egg on top on cheese
  • Fry ham until slightly brown and place on egg
  • Pan fry spinach until wilted but still crisp and place on top of ham
  • Enclose sandwich with the top muffin piece

Note: I use the same skillet for all of my ingredients for flavor and for quick clean up.
